On October 24, the Future Summit of CITIC-PRU, guided by CITIC Group and Prudential plc, and supported by the British Embassy in Beijing and the British Chamber of Commerce in China, was successfully held in Beijing. 

The event was attended by Xi Guohua, chairman of CITIC Group; Anil Wadhwani, CEO of Prudential plc; Zeng Qi, vice president of CITIC Group; Lewis Neal, UK's trade commissioner for China, Rahul Agarwal, counsellor at the British Embassy in Beijing; and Antony Leung, former financial secretary of the Hong Kong SAR, among other distinguished guests. Enterprises and institutions from various sectors, including finance, senior care, healthcare, technology, and cross-border services, joined the summit to explore new models for comprehensive full life-cycle financial services.

During the summit, CITIC Group and Prudential plc, together with UK partners including the British Embassy, the British Chamber of Commerce, UK National Innovation Centre for Ageing (NICA), Haleon China, and DWA Architects, launched the "China-UK Enterprise Cooperation and CITIC Pension Finance New Ecosystem Upgrade" initiative, centered on the theme "CITIC, Your Trusted Partner for Going Global and for coming to China". The event also featured the launch of the "CITIC & Prudential Overseas Financial Services & Legacy Family Office 2.0" and the inauguration of "CPL Future Home", introducing a new senior care model that integrates healthcare, wealth management, and cross-border cooperation. 

With the upgraded pension finance ecosystem, CITIC Prudential Life will collaborate with innovative overseas companies in senior care, healthcare, and technology recommended by institutions such as the British Embassy and the British Chamber of Commerce. These partnerships aim to establish Sino-UK senior care labs, providing Chinese residents with education and services centered on smart senior care.
