On November 12, CITIC Heavy Industries successfully completed factory testing and delivered three self-developed, ultra-large crushing and grinding equipment units for the Zhunuo Copper Mine project of Zijin Mining's subsidiary Xianglong Mining in the Xizang autonomous region. 

The Zhunuo Copper Mine, a rare undeveloped large-scale porphyry copper deposit located at 4,700 meters above sea level, poses multiple extreme environmental challenges for mining and demands super adaptable and stable mining equipment. The project's development will not only accelerate local mineral resources exploitation, and boost regional economic growth and talent cultivation, but also help establish a strategic resource supply base in the region. 

Furthermore, it will effectively reduce China's dependence on mineral resources from the international market and provide stable raw material support for key industries such as new energy and high-end manufacturing, thereby balancing high-quality development with national security objectives.
