The 3rd CITIC Wealth Management Conference took place in Tianjin on October 22. The event brought together 43 leading asset management institutions from China and abroad for in-depth discussions on frontier topics such as the strategic value of Chinese assets in global portfolios, and financial connectivity.

During the conference, CITIC and the participating asset management institutions launched the Financial Connectivity Asset Allocation Ecosystem initiative, with the aim of enhancing connectivity between domestic and overseas markets. Under the service brand "CITIC, your trusted partner for going global and coming to China", the initiative is designed to help individual and corporate investors unlock global opportunities and optimize their asset allocation.
The conference also saw the launch of a charity product brand that features an innovative "finance + philanthropy" model and integrates wealth management with social responsibility.
The roundtable sessions featured two key themes addressing the needs of both individual and corporate clients: "long-term, steady wealth allocation and value growth for individuals" and "corporate development opportunities and integrated financial empowerment."
CITIC's financial institutions introduced tailored service packages covering equity financing, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions and capital operations, as well as personal investment and financing. Through direct dialogue with asset management institutions, the sessions aimed to align capital with industrial demand, expand corporate financing channels, and support individual clients in preserving and growing their assets.
CITIC Group has deployed 1.02 trillion yuan ($152.88 billion) in cumulative investment and financing in Tianjin. The group has revitalized 10.8 billion yuan ($1.62 billion) of the city's existing urban assets, and supported the renewal and reconstruction of the Goldin Finance 117 skyscraper, a local landmark. CITIC Group has also extended its services to 97% of Tianjin's specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprises and manufacturing single-champion enterprises.
