China CITIC Bank Credit Card Customer Contact Center won awards including ‘CCCS2

The 9th China Call Center Industrial Summit, also named the 9th China Best Call Center and the Best Guardian's Award Ceremony got concluded successfully in Lijiang on May, 26th. China CITIC Bank Credit Card Customer Contact Center won the award ‘CCCS2010-2011 China Best Call Center’ as well as other team and individual awards including Best Client Experiencing Award, Best Sales Team, Best Customer Service Representative, etc.

Hosted by CFIP, with CCCS and ICMI as co-hosts, the ceremony set up a series of awards including 2010-2011 China Best Call Center, Best Client Experiencing, Best Sales Team, the Outstanding Contribution To Customer Service, Best Customer Guardian, etc. The annual selection of China best call center awards boasts the most authoritative and influential call center selection domestically, which won high social recognition and reputation within the industry. The committee of judges includes experts and scholars from Asia and even the globe as well as leaders and professionals covering financial, telecom, manufacturing and customer goods industries, who enjoy large customer base and influence in setting up industrial benchmarks and selection standards.

During the whole selection process, China CITIC Bank Credit Card Customer Contact Center outperformed among its competitors and got the recognition of judges, given its standard operation procedure, advanced business philosophy, developed staff training system and new-edge management model thus winning China Best Call Center Award, Best Client Experiencing Award and Best Call Center Contactor to Marketer Award, together with individual awards including the Outstanding Contribution To Customer Service, the Outstanding Contribution To Call Center Industry, Best Customer Guardian, etc. Ms. Chen Shanshan, a complaint specialist from Complaint Disposal Office of China CITIC Bank Credit Card Customer Contact Center, won the Best Customer Service Representative with her excellent service in complaint disposal work.
